The LMG’s talent engagement activities are centred on its London Insurance Life (@LIL) campaign which is designed to attract entry-level talent into the market.

  London Insurance Life

The LMG launched the @LIL campaign in 2017. The campaign comprises of three main elements:

  1. @LIL social media – Instagram, Facebook and Twitter pages that bring working life in the market to life. The pages also promote entry level jobs and schemes.
  2. @LIL ambassador programme – young people working in the market who volunteer their time to act as relatable role models for young people interested in a career in the London Market.
  3. Careers events – designed to promote careers in the London Market targeting diverse talent and specific skill sets.
