On the 24th January 2017, LMG launched the London Insurance Life (@LIL) campaign to attract a new generation of diverse talent to the London Market. The campaign comprises of three main elements:
@LIL was a finalist for the SCOR Diversity and Talent Initiative of the Year Award at the 2017 Insurance Day London Market Awards.
Working in conjunction with industry experts to deliver talent related insights. 2017 events covered the apprenticeship levy and gender pay gap reporting legislation changes.
