The aim of this workstream is to help the London Market to build a diverse, dynamic workforce, which offers a deep talent pool for the market to draw on. Since the workstream launched in Q4 2015 we have delivered a number of initiatives and activities to support the London market, with a focus on:

Assessment activities ensure an understanding of the current position and challenges to:

  • Ensure the LMG talent activity is appropriately focussed
  • Provide benchmarks to help measure progress
  • Deliver insight to the market on talent management and trends

Talent engagement activities to help attract a new generation of diverse talent to the market

Market engagement activities to help ensure that the market:

  • Is aware of the challenges, benefits and opportunities of having a diverse workforce
  • Is open to recruiting and is equipped to retain new and diverse talent
