The aim of this workstream is to create a brand proposition that will encourage people who do not currently use the London Market to consider it, and encourage those that currently trade with us to continue to do so.

To date, we have carried out and completed three phases of activity. These include:

  • Internal market research
  • Global market research
  • Launch of an internal market campaign
