LMG Plan

jigsawLMG in 2011 will seek to build on the tangible benefits that the modernisation programme has already provided:

 

  • 2011 will be a year of delivery, with both major Finish What We've Started projects - eAccounts and ECF2 - going live this year;
  • We will continue the roll out of electronic support for endorsements and plan the process by which this new way of working is used to support original placements; and
  • We will further the work to define the direction in which our modernisation efforts should be focussed in the years to come – the Future Processing Model.
